Clear Minds and Happy Hearts Through Kundalini Yoga

Trying to summarize Kundalini yoga is tough for me. Let me just say this, in the year and a half that I've practiced Kundalini, I have been more grounded, more creative, and insightfully in touch with who I am—my authentic self.
